Pregnancy associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) is an important pregnancy protein which exists as a heterotetrameric complex with proMBP. Levels of PAPP-A are highest in pregnant women wherein values increase by a factor of 150 as compared to non-pregnant state.

The Biorex Diagnostics Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein (PAPP-A), is intended for use in the quantitative determination of PAPP-A in human serum and plasma.
